Institute bylaws allow membership of any co-partnership, corporation, or person engaged in the manufacture or distribution for resale of industrial wire cloth of its own manufacture and/or from truly representative diverse sources. The principal office or place of business must be located within the North American continent. Any corporation qualified as an integrated or non-integrated producer of rod and wire supplied to the industrial wire cloth industry is eligible for membership as an Associate Member.
